Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What is the difference between a Project Track and a Team Role?
The track is what your team builds (industrial-focused). The Role is your individual job on the team based on your skills (Exp: creating content, collecting research data).
2. Why is there a program fee?
The $120 fee funds our high-quality ecosystem. It covers premium professional mentorship, global collaboration platforms, and practical, hands-on knowledge that you learn by doing rather than just sitting in a lecture.
3. When is the application deadline?
The final deadline to apply is 3rd July. No late applications will be accepted due to our international team-matching process.
4. What are the selection criteria?
We look for youths aged 15 to 30 who can demonstrate basic skills/passion and show a strong willingness to learn and grow from this international experience.
5. Why should I join?
You will stand out on university and job applications by launching a real project, building an international network of peers, and getting an official completion certificate proving you can execute real ideas.
6. Do I need prior coding or business experience?
No. We welcome all skills—whether you are good at organizing, writing, or designing. For technical tracks, simple no-code tools are perfectly fine.
7. Is this program fully virtual, and how do we handle different time zones?
Yes, GSPL is 100% online. Because you will be matched into international teams, your group will collaboratively decide on a fixed, weekly 4-hour window for team meetings and mentor check-ins that works for everyone’s schedule, regardless of location.
8. What language is the program conducted in?
The entire program, including mentorship sessions and student project materials, is conducted in English. You don’t need a perfect native accent, but you should be comfortable enough to communicate and collaborate with your teammates.
