My experience at the UYLS MALAYSIA 2022 was profoundly impactful, despite the time that has passed. I gained a sophisticated understanding of how to apply structured problem-solving frameworks to complex, multi-stakeholder challenges, which has proven invaluable in my subsequent professional roles. I really enjoyed UYLS Malaysia 2022. It was my first time participating in a summit, and I had no experience or knowledge of how it works. However, the delegates and the team were very welcoming.
I enjoyed the panelists' discussion the most, as all the representatives had an opportunity to raise up their perspectives and concerns regarding the social issues happening in their respective countries.
I really wish the summit could be for another couple of days because the connections that I got there were really valuable. It feels really special communicating with like-minded people. Winning the Rising Star Award was truly emotional for me.
Its truly an amazing experience for the youths to encounter.

The program offered exceptional exposure to adaptive leadership and motivation and growth.
